Currency

The official currency used by the English version shop.philomena.it  is the American dollar; therefore, shop.philomena.it does not assume any responsibility for fluctuations in the exchange rate.
 
Returns
The devotee has the right to return merchandise for exchange or reimbursement by request within 10 days of receipt of merchandise by writing to us through the various contact methods listed on the contact page.

Damaged merchandise
All of our packages are packed with care by the staff of the Sanctuary. Items which may arrive damaged will be replaced through a written notification and attached photo of the item sent to us by e-mail or letter. When a client orders  fragile items the staff of the Sanctuary may contact you to suggest a special delivery service, informing you of the added costs.
 
Lost merchandise
shop.philomena.it  shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the delivery address or other data supplied by the client. It is the devotee responsibility to verify the accuracy of such information. If any orders may get lost and the address of delivery sent to us is correct, we will provide in forwarding the order again.
